He was so, so close, dangerously so. I couldn't bring myself to pull back, to break eye contact. I was entranced by him. He kept me there, locked in his intense gaze. His eyes burned with something I hadn't seen ever before. Or maybe I just hadn't noticed. "Penny for your thoughts, Si?" Dean's breath fanned my face, making me pull in a breath of my own. I needed to step back before I couldn't control myself. You. But I wouldn't tell him that. I couldn't. For one, his ego did not need it. Two, I was scared. She stood before me with hair darker than it had been, eyes slightly clouded, almost distant. She smiled though. She always smiled. But there was something different. "I've missed you so much." I whispered. Saige pulled back then, shaking me off as if she didn't believe me. Then the door creaked open and a guy walked in. He was around my height, maybe an inch or two shorter. He had blond hair and dark eyes. "What are you doing here?" Saige asked, looking over at him. "Here to pick you up." He shrugged, a smirk forming on his face as he looked at me and placed an arm around her shoulder. "Nice to meet you. I'm Thomas." ____ One year after Sam sacrificed himself to stop the apocalypse, a year and a half after Saige died, and suddenly the two reappear, flipping Dean's world upside down and tilting it on its axis. A New Perspective
My family and I never stayed in one place for more than a year, I've seen more of the world in my short time than most people will see in their entire lives. Because of that I've never had a chance to make friends or be a true kid. Music and Books were my escape, my safe haven. When my dad told me we were moving again I expected the same old routine.
