Hydra has managed to rebuild itself and has once again seen the day where it is the biggest threat to the world. Their latest project was being able to build technology that has [in a way] brought Natasha Romanoff back to life. Johnny Matthews, the Silver Phantom, had a history with Romanoff and was mourning the lost of his greatest love. One day, after a long day at the compound, Matthews discovers this piece of technology that had somehow found its way into the compound. Being full of curiosity, he opened up a new chapter of his life and is now facing his next journey with not-so-dead Natasha and the end-threatening Hydra.
