it all started when I was working up in New York City at the Bronx Zoo after moving away from my VERY southern family to go to college, and ran into my ex from college at the zoo's charity ball, who also happened to be one of the sponsors.
Yikes, awkward.
so in a panic to make myself look like, oh I don't know, not a loser for not having a date to the party that I didn't even wanna go to in the first place but had to because my boss told me it was mandatory, I enlisted the help of my guy friend from work Liam Min to stand in as my date, so that I don't look desperate to be back with my ex (don't get me wrong I totally did) and not be all alone.
