"What is openly acceptable in public?!" Is a series that takes place through the point of view of Hikaru, a 24 year old chubby neet who sits around playing on his computer all day every day. He doesn't leave his room often and isn't trying to do anything with his life at his age and it seems like nothing will ever change for him. That is till his Father remarries and she, along with her four daughters move into the house.

He now has to hide his greatest secret from them, that he enjoys wearing adult diapers instead of underwear. But perhaps that's the least of his worries as he clicks on a weird computer ad that seems to change the world around him in a very interesting way.. Will he be able to find a way to change the world back to how it once was or will this new world take control for good?
