In this book any Pokemon can be found in the wild (apart from legendary Pokemon) including eggs. The 2 ways to obtain a legendary are: to hatch one or to go to a special place with a special item or something else. Any Pokemon from Kanto to Alola can be found. Starter Pokemon can be found in  the wild. Also shiny forms. Every now and then I say  what level they are. From an Egg hatch you can get literally everything. It can be a Basic, Stage 1, or Stage 2.
