Amora Statton is a 16 year old girl who only ever had to worry about going to high school, living with the acceptance that she is invisible and unimportant, and dealing with the occasional vivid nightmare that left her reeling. Her life was some what normal.
But that all changed the day she received a criptic message over the phone that started an unbelievable turn of events for her life forever.
She's now at a camp full of magic and dragons after her twin sister was taken, and it's her responsibility to find and save her. With a new found power and dragon on her side, will her new friends be able to prepare Amora for the inevitable battle to come that the prophets have already portrayed?
Anubis Statton has led a perfect life. She's popular, pretty, and most people like her; which believe it or not is seldom come by in high school. She wouldn't want her life any other way.
But when an evil woman takes her away from her twin that she's loved her whole life to an actual evil lair under the mountains, her life takes an unexpected turn for the worst.
As she soon learns magic and dragons exist, but they aren't all good, possibly including herself. Finding an escape won't be easy, especially for the dragon Anubis swears not to leave behind, but she's determined one way or another she will NOT be part of whatever diabolical plan these magic wielders have in store for her. Even if it includes a handsome guy that she can't help but find irresistible no matter how much she tells herself to hate.
