In the near future America has fallen into a civil war which led to World war 3. The war has come to an end and a new nation was born the New Coalition of Republics or NCR for short. Your family has a strong relationship with the NCR, as your family now runs their military and other key assets to this new nation. The new metropolitan city known as "Tyler City" was attacked by a unknown army and and a unknown gate has appeared in the center city. What is in store for you? As a soldier you must serve you country.... or your family in that case.
I will put my own twist on the GATE storyline. It will follow some of the Gate storyline but will be its own story later on.

GATE: Awakening The Sleeping Giant (DISCONTINUED)
A mysterious, ancient-looking gate appeared in Washington, D.C., sometime in the 21st century. From the gate poured out monsters, knights from medieval Europe, and other fantasy-like beings, and they began a systematic slaughter of the citizens of the U.S. capital, laying siege to the White House. Gate: Of Marines and Medieval Men
The year is 2030. The United States of America is enjoying a relative peace time. While there are still tensions around the world, the U.S. has managed to avoid any major conflicts. That was until a mysterious medieval-looking structure appeared out of nowhere in the middle of Washington D.C. Suddenly, the nation's capital is under attack by a medieval-style army and creatures only seen in fantasy stories. This mysterious army, however, soon realizes that they stepped on the dragon's tail. This story is based off the anime/manga series, Gate, but follows a different storyline and characters. I do not own Gate, but the story and characters in this story are mine.

That is after when a strange Roman-like structure out of thin air just appeared in front of the clock tower. While everyone was asking each other what just happened. A Roman-looking army marched forward from the Gate itself. They started attacking everyone, wyverns, orcs, goblins, trolls, mages, elves, dwarves and other demi human-looking monsters attacked and slaughtered everyone they see, children were not spared either, As they kept attacking the City The Military was alarmed, and ready to fight whoever these invaders are and where they came from, How will a Very advanced and futuristic civilization react to such barbaric and savage Roman looking army that looked like they came from Ancient Roman times but with Fantasy Monsters on their side? GATE: Thus the United States of Canada Fought There!
(A/N: Everyone thank Wattpad Sokal7 for helping me bring back this story. It took a very long time, but I've managed to bring it back. I made some changes but almost all of it is the same.) ========== Summary: What if during the 'War for Independence', instead of just 13 colonies choosing to secede from the British Empire, it was ALL the colonies of British North America that chose to fight for their independence. After winning their independence, the colonies would band together and unite to form the United States of Canada. Throughout its history, the USC has fought for its own existence in multiple wars and their actions have changed the course of human history.
