After the tragic death of her parents Leah Maxwell moves to the small town of Fell's Church, Virginia. One night she finds a diary hidden in her grandmother's house that once belonged to Elena Gilbert. As she reads the diary she becomes more and more suspicious of the arrogant and dark Gabriel Salvatore.

(This is a fan fiction of the vampire diaries. It is based on the books written by LJ Smith and I do not own the original characters. Most of the references made in this book is more directly linked to the written books rather than the TV Series, although there are a few references made to it.)
