Brooke Mendes is a hot mess. She's an underage alcoholic and a high school drop out with anger management issues. All in all, she's a nuisance to be around.

When she's drunk and running from cops in six inch heels, she stumbles upon a moving van and hops in. The next day she opens her eyes in a foreign city with a pair of unknown eyes watching her with apprehensive curiosity.
