"Hajime, thank you," the pale man breathed, a puff of warm air leaving his lips as he grasped the android's hands in his. "I thought I wouldn't have lived till now, but now you've given me a reason to live."

"No," the android squeezed the albino's hands slightly. "Thank you for opening my eyes. Thank you for giving me life."

"So in return, Ko," Hajime nuzzled his forehead against Nagito's.

"Let me be your Hope."

Things have been going downhill for Nagito Komaeda. And his usual good luck isn't there to save him this time.

But sometimes, good luck doesn't come to us straight away.

And in this case, it came in the form of running from an abusive relationship with a certain tanned deviant android to freedom.
