Harry and his friends returned to Hogwarts to make up for their missed year, a new term called 8th year. But some things have changed. Draco, for one thing, is a lot nicer now. But that's not all. Ginny and Harry realized that although they cared about each other, it was more like siblings and friends. They've stayed friends, but Ginny has found someone else to love, and Harry's fine with that. But when he sees Draco, being genuinely sorry and a little awkward around the Golden Trio, Harry befriends him. Draco is more than willing for friends, and accepts. But Harry and Draco grow closer, until, they begin to feel something...more

As Half-Veela, his Veela senses were heightened emotions and feeling as if his heart could burst with joy whenever he saw her, but he had been able to control it and hide it until this year.
