October Solomon is back and she may not be stronger than ever, but she is back. And not even Batman can save Gotham City from its salvation: her. 

Gang violence rules the streets and threatens to uphold the lives of the innocents. Gotham finds herself trapped between Carmine Falcone, who wants her dead for burning millions of their dollars and the Bertinelli's, looking to hire her to take down their competitors. 

All the while, an old enemy rises in Gotham, scarred beyond recognition with white tallies cut into his skin. His kill streak. And he'll kill whoever it takes to get to October Solomon and make her his final tally.

The Young Justice team came in expecting to be protecting some rich kids who had the misfortune to catch the eye of the Joker. "Shaitan will not cause any harm to any of you, but that cannot be said for Deathstroke." Talia hissed. Shivani Al Ghul has led a life of death and family, so when her youngest brother is captured by Deathstroke. She joins forces with the bat family to save him. However as she searches for her brother, she gains the attention of a certain Bird and that bird is Dick Grayson. Will Shivani share the same feelings or is Dick destined to be alone.
