There are a few angels left who care but they are forced to hide because there are so few. The Demons and Dark angels have formed a kingdom where humanity is trapped. Nowhere, and no one in the world is safe. Humans are experimented on frequently.

The experiment.
They used my vulnerability against me. They used that weapon, to make me accept their stupid idea. And I of course, accepted it, I didn't even know what they were going to do.
