Imagine a world where there is no hope. A world where there was no happy ending. A world, where it felt like death, surrounded everything and everyone. Where there was no light. Imagine a world where the apocalypse was real, where the four horsemen (death, famine, war, and pestilence) had risen. Imagine a world where it is no longer safe.
Imagine a world where there is no good guy. There is no one to save them until one day.... there is. One day the sun shines on them again. One day there is life pulsing through the air. One day... there is hope.
In a post-apocalyptic world where Angels and demons roam the earth but most angles have gone dark side, giving up on saving humans. There are a few angels left who care but they are forced to hide because there are so few. The Demons and Dark angels have formed a kingdom where humanity is trapped. Nowhere, and no one in the world is safe. Humans are experimented on frequently.
But one day everything changes.

"I brought you here because I wanted to ask you something really important." He said and I smirked, knowing what he was going to ask me. "What is it?" He sighed and ran his hand through his hair again. "After last night, which was amazing, it got me thinking. What exactly are we?" The question that has been running through my mind ever since last night too. He sighed and held my hands in his,"Maddison, I like you, a lot. And I mean a lot. Soon, Connor tries a lot of different things he hasn't tried and comes out excellent in all of them, but he makes enemies on the way. Their friend group expands and now there is 4 bestfriends in the group, but Connor only has feelings for 1. Will he mess up? But what will happen when his past starts following him everywhere he goes? What will happen when old feelings arise with just a glance at a dinner table?
