Summer rolls around and swimming is the main event. The catch is, you don't know how to swim. Its a little embarrassing considering your 15, but after a scary swimming incident at 9 you've never stepped foot back in the water. 

When you have nowhere else to turn but the local swimming pool you get paired up with one of your best friends older brother. Billy Hargrove, resident bad boy. And you are pumped.
