Two years ago, Amelia was a simple high school student who set things on fire in her spare time. Amelia has since turned seventeen, and graduated from school. With an open-ended gap year between her and college and life beyond, she lives today off a diet of misadventure, cursing, cyclical self harm, and a brilliant repertoire of psychoses. And it's only a matter of time before someone finds out. That someone turns out to be Alan, one of the only friends she has whose talents for secrecy rival her own. But do either of them know how deep the other's rabbit hole of lies really goes?
