I won't lie I kinda hate myself for writing this but the ideas kept flowing so here we go
It would take a long time for androids to be equal to humans, but at least the first steps had been made. Connor, a prototype for a detective android who managed to go deviant and form a friendship with an old police Lieutenant who drinks just a little too much was one of those androids who liked to believe he had a hand in the outcome of the Android Revolution.
The rules were when the Deviant case was solved, Connor would return to Cyberlife, but now that androids were people he could stay in the police department- and you bet your ass he did. Everything was going smoothly for about a month or so until Connor and his best partner Hank are chasing after a serial killer and Connor gets injured on the job. Will Hank be able to finish the case without his partner there every step of the way? And an even bigger question: How will the Lieutenant handle Connors replacement - the RK900?
Story length: 10,003 Words
- This is based after the ending where everyone lives and they essentially get equal rights for androids
- This is not Hank x Connor, it's more of a father/son relationship
- Trigger Warnings: Cussing, drinking, bodies and typical crimescene environments, drugs, etc.
- This is kinda a lazy fanfic- AKA I really love these characters and had a scene in my head, then formed a plot around it and did my best to make it interesting lol.
- I made the cover in Desygner
- Characters belong to the game Detroit: Become Human and the company that made it, Quantic Dream.
Also I just want say that I wrote this story and then matched the cover and it matches so well like honestly wtf
(A Detroit: Become Human Fanfic)
Living within an era filled with advanced technology, Julie Smith continues to live the day with a smile on her face. She is notable in her school and a genius. She was fond of owning Cyberlife one day with all of her knowledge about androids. But a drug called Red Ice appeared which increased the crimes involving deviants. People were convinced that deviants should be destroyed. This made Julie change her mind involving the plan of owning Cyberlife.
Her normal life altered when she hacked the grade systems of her school. Julie was then approached by Lieutenant Hank Anderson and Connor. It turns out that they need her help with the deviant cases despite the fact that she should be arrested for various crimes for the last four years.
Connor, the RK800 android, has been assigned to Lieutenant Hank Anderson to help with the crimes involving deviants. He is the most advanced prototype so far, after all. His mission is to capture all deviants. His android world meets Julie's which changes both of their lives and also the future of Detroit.
Could their contrasting ideas lead Detroit to its peace or to its destruction?
**I do not own any Detroit: Become Human characters as well as the image in the story.**
