Neo Konoha: a bustling city where technology rules supreme and has replaced most of everyday life. The laws of the city are regulated by the 9 A.Is known as Bijuu, while they're enforced by the monopoly company KCT.
Naruto Uzumaki and his sister Sakura are your average teen hackers trying to make a living in a tech-savvy world. When a series of strange events start to unfold in the city, Naruto and Sakura are reached out to by a group of hackers who are working to solve it. Armed with their new friends and top-notch brains, it's up to the siblings to prevent a possible rebellion and prevent the city from collapsing.
