In a world where humans and elves had always lived in harmony, a prophecy was made that an evil power would arise and bring the ruin of the human kingdom. Blinded by fear, the human race turned against the elves and the animosities that followed were to transform their kingdoms. Ines is a woman living in a man's world. The Rosewood Prophecy

The seemingly limitless flames drive a variety of leaders towards the juvenile dragon to use as a weapon to gain an edge over the enemy after generations of fighting. Ember's fire doesn't stop growing in power and poses a threat for the very dragon that it lives inside, but external forces are also at work which will change her forever.
