A rare condition in which exposure to ultraviolet or UV radiation, or sometimes even visible light, induces a case of urticaria or hives that can appear in both covered and uncovered areas of the skin.
It can be a deadly allergy, and unfortunately, it's something I have, so I'm pretty much a living vampire with all the drawbacks and none of the perks.
Another fun fact about Solar Urticaria, it's a rare condition that most often affects young women, which I am not.
My name is Lorcán, and I'm unfortunate each to be deadly allergic to the sun, and I live in Santa Carla, California, Murder Capital of the World.
