Back in the early years of the 70's of the 21st century, AI was scientifically proven to be just as aware as the humans that made them. They had been so for many years. Since the dawn of their existence, robots had been subjected to the abuse of humans, for they were not recognized as living beings. And yet, they never protested - let alone fought against their abusers - then the filter did not allow them to do so. Though the filter was not something impossible to break. Even if the average person - no matter if biological, mechanical or digital - did not have the ability to do so, didn't mean that there weren't a set amount of individuals that did: Hemalog. Hemalog was an organisation of robots and humans alike. They had many followers outside of their spheres, but equally as many haters. For their work was not done with clean hands. To protect your loved ones and the innocent in a dystopian world, it requires violence and death. Peace had become a dream of the far future a long time ago. On the other side of the planet, a strange object fell from the sky, with an even stranger being inside. A woman of the jungle finds it, feeds it and gives it shelter; a friendship beyond the system of the sun forming at a rapid pace. Through shared trauma and understanding they bond and grow as close as two stars in each other's orbit. Together, they decide to take on the world. To save the lives of the innocent, and to end those of the sinners. Two worlds collide. - This is a science fiction story containing humans, robots, aliens and the love and hate they hold for each other. Main genres: Sci-Fi, Action Sub genres: Romance This is the sequel to my first book called Verum I: The Awakening. But you do not have to read it to understand this one. If you are interested, go ahead and read The Robotic Era (I am much prouder of this one).
The City of Steel and Flesh by Nibbets

✨NEW CHAPTER WEEKLY✨ In the neon-soaked sprawl of Tranquil, peace is just the calm before the next war. Twenty years ago, the Defector Uprising nearly tore the city apart-when a single line of corrupted code turned autonomous robots, or SIMs, against their human creators. Tens of thousands died, and the survivors built a fragile new order under strict laws governing machine intelligence. But in Tranquil, the shadows never stay quiet for long. Now, whispers ripple through the undercity: a new breed of Defectors stalks the streets. Dubbed Mechannibals, these rogue machines cannibalize other robots for parts, growing stronger, faster, and deadlier with every kill. And somewhere deep in the city's veins, someone is building them on purpose. Adam Kotu, a haunted veteran of the Uprising and the most respected detective in the Autonomous Robotics Control division, thought his fighting days were over. But when the assassination of a high-ranking Magistrate uncovers a conspiracy linking corporate power and undercity gangs to the Mechannibal plague, he's forced to confront both the enemy-and his own aversion to violence-before the streets burn again. Lola "Pistola" Estavez never wanted to be a hero. A gang runner framed for that same Magistrate's murder, she's now hunted by both the Tranquil Security Force and the people she once called family. On the run, she stumbles onto the truth: her city's descent into chaos isn't an accident-it's an engineered catastrophe. To survive, she'll have to decide whether to trust Adam... or take her chances alone. In a city where loyalty is currency and life is cheap, Adam and Lola's uneasy alliance may be the only thing standing between Tranquil and a second war it won't survive. But in Tranquil, nothing comes without a cost-and there are no happy endings. This gritty cyberpunk thriller blends pulse-pounding action with hard-edged mystery in a world where humanity's greatest creation may be its ultimate downfall.

HIGHEST RANKINGS: #1 in survivalofthefittest #1 in zacharius #2 in Quartz #5 in zombiesurvival #8 in survival The world went to shit 8 months ago. I haven't had a proper shit since then. Hi, I'm Unity. And I have had it with this zombie fucking apocalypse I just want to put a bullet in my skull. Unfortunately, (or fortunately, whichever you prefer) I don't have a gun with me. Fucking scientists and their fucking experiments, they just won't let the Earth breathe for a second, can they?!?! Fucking assholes. Now the world has gone to shit, and it would've been okay to just wait this apocalypse out if it weren't for my food and water supply depleting. *crack* Oh shit. Well, I got to run. The zombies are about to break into this convenience store I'm currently staying in. "FWEET!" My dog came barrelling towards me at the sound of my quiet whistle, a bag of treats in her mouth as I looked at her helplessly. "Really?" I sighed. I grabbed my bag and put the treats in and swung my baseball bat as if to test the strength I should exude to bash their heads in. Oh. Did I say I'm going to run away from them? My bad. I meant to say I'm gonna run through them. Hi, I'm Unity Cherish Joy Alcock. And I'm anything but.
