I gasped as I came face to face with the end of the gun barrel. I knew that he hated me, I knew that he has never hold me dear in his heart but this?
"Why?" I whispered.
"Because I've warned you before. Anyone who touches her will not get to live. Anyone - including you," his voice strained, giving me the honor of explaining the reason for my near coming death.
A lone tear escaped my eye. My heart was broken at the fact that the man I loved for 10 years had decided I am to die tonight. I had chased him for ten years to end up dying by his hands.
But it's better than dying by another person's hand. Right?
I wiped my tear away then closed my eyes. "Kill me," I let out a soft whisper, waiting for the darkness and pain to just come get me with open arms.
