Vander Severo and Jolly Lumbay used to be playmates back when they were younger. Vander came from a rich family while Jolly's mom is one of the Severo's maids in their mansion. They struggled in their everyday life when Vander's mom kicked them out of the mansion all of a sudden.

After years of hardships, they were blessed by luck that made Jolly start a business. She became successful and powerful while Vander experienced the opposite. It seems like fate has been twisted and the world became upside down.
