adopted by why dont we

I got left in the hospital when I was born, now I am 17 years old and I'm getting adopted. I am somewhat popular at my school at the foster home but when I get adopted I'm the newbie at the new school and things will change. but thanks to the best uncles and dad yall make my life the greatest out of them all!!
