The story focuses on the powerful Mexican-American crime lord, Oscar Gonzalez, as he goes to war against an infamous cult named 
"The Narcosatanicos" (The Narcosatanists in English) which is involved in multiple ritualistic killings in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico led by Adolfo Constanzo, an American serial killer, drug dealer, and leader of the cult. Meanwhile criminal mastermind with a sadistic sense of humor, Joker, plots an evil plan of his own.
