On the reunion of the worst day of his life, Prince Virgil finds Roman Flores with an injured leg in the forest near their castle. One would think it was kind of him to take the injured man in and treat him. The problem was... the prince was cursed into a dragon witch. His father is a scientist and inventor, and even though not all the villagers like Virgil he doesn't care. He thought his only problem would be dealing with Lukas Gaston, the only other gay man in his village his age, but his life is turned upside down when he volunteers to take his fathers place as a prisoner in a castle that belongs to a beast. This would be his first time moving somewhere that he didn't know the owners of the place beforehand. "Welcome to YouTube life, idiot." Virgil grumbled to himself. He picked up his phone again, going to close out of the app he was using, but suddenly a line on one that he hadn't looked at caught his eye. 'Must be willing to allow for eccentric work ethics and schedules, as owner of the apartment works independently online.' Virgil tapped on the listing and began to read. 'Four bedroom apartment, looking for up to three roommates. Apartments beneath and above are both empty at the moment, noise is not a problem so long as residents are courteous. Preferred that applicants are male.' Virgil stared at the listing. This was so... so perfect. He closed the app and tapped his messenger app. 'Hey Pat, I think I found something.' Disclaimer: I just reread A Lesson in Practicality by @residentanchor, so there might be some things ever so slightly similar to that, but if there are I am not doing it on purpose and I apologize.
