This story is about Steve Rogers' sister Cheery Rogers. She has supernatural powers some of which are known. Steve and some a not. She is the owner of a well-known organisation that funds both villains and heroes. Its THE EMPIRE. She is the successor as she once saved the life of its owner R.J. He had no progeny so he announced Cherry as his successor. She did not refused because she needed to widen her reach to find Steve ( was frozen by the time).
Cherry soon found her beloved brother and leaked the information to SHIELD. Because it would seem suspicious to Sabrina (R.J.'s wife who does not likes Cherry ) . But soon because of a car accident R.J. passed away. Cherry knowns it was a plot by Sabrina to take the control over Empire. But she reached on time and stopped her from doing so.
Cherry did not came in the limelight as she was afraid whether Steve will be happy by her decision of joining Empire.But she continued to spy on him. And when she is unable to do so she ask Sharon for help.
