Ailbhe, Ciaran, Sive and Oliver only have one thing in common: they were unfortunate enough to end up in the same place at the same time. 
This place, is called Devil's Wood. 
Inside Devil's Wood, is a ruined building. 
A cry from within this building leads the four of them inside. 
But inside, the building is not ruined. 
Inside, a fire is lit. A dinner is laid out on the table. 
A man is sitting at the head of this table. 

"Welcome to the Hellfire Club," he says. "I hope you can survive the night."

Set in Ireland, and based loosely on the Hellfire Club situated on Montpelier Hill, this tale follows the journey of four strangers who become trapped inside a game of incomprehensible darkness.

It's meant to be a preview into the world of the middle-grade series of novels that I've been working on for years now. That being said, the events of this anthology will be taking place in alternate universes so that I can still comfortably write the main novels without having to worry too much about how these side stories will fit into it all.
