There are so many things people can and can not do.
There is a limit to what you can prosesse, and if you have reached that limit, you think it's the end and give up.
You need to try and help your mind grow not with negativity but with pure love and positive thoughts, because negative thoughts can make you do things you don't want to do.
Love yourself, love all of yourself, and be all you can be.

No way out
It is ok not to be ok. this is my perspective of depression and my thoughts that emerged from this tough time. I was diagnosed with clinical depression and went through some suicidal ideation. one of the roots of depression is loneliness. I decided that writing to be my companion and poured out my ideas, thoughts and experience through writing down. I had no intention to share it, but as time passes It turned out I have my own original experience in depression.
