Truth and Consequences

Shikha Tiwari, a high school Physics teacher, has a simple life. A couple of good friends, a grandmother she loves, and students who exasperate and amuse her. A favourite coffee shop where she spends hours working on her classes and writing a book that she may someday publish. Everything she wants or needs, and nothing that reminds her of what she's left behind.

Rohit Braganza, reluctant heir to a multinational hospitality chain, hates how complicated his life has become. His father wants him to take over the business, his mother is slowly slipping away from him, and his sense of responsibility won't let him simply walk away. Many days he wishes he could go back to culinary school. Focus on nothing more challenging than making the perfect souffle.

A chance incident brings these two together and throws them into a game of politics and intrigue. Their quest for justice will dredge up phantoms from the past and insecurities about the future that Shikha and Rohit have been running from. They will discover that sometimes, trusting someone with your secrets requires just as much courage as fighting for your life.
