This is a story I wrote in 2018, around Fall break during school. Chapter one is the original piece, no edits. And than chapter two is the remake. I think it'd be fun to remake this story to show the progress I've made with writing and because it's a pretty good plot ngl.

    This is NOT the Preston we all know in the other book, although it's the same person it's like a different version of the character.

Hello! So I've been asked to write a walking dead fanfiction a couple times now, I know the series is over but never late then ever am I right? This is a redone, more realistic, more detailed, more writing experienced version of "Her Favorite Book" I wrote that story in 2021, I'm pretty sure, and I was less experienced than I was compared to now. Looking back at the story, I realized I could have offended certain people with my depictions of the abuse in the Rosa household, as well as her relationship with Charlie, and how she seems to not care as much about him as an older sibling, especially a protective one, would act. All of these problems are going to be fixed and all the chapters will be edited. I would also like to make it clear, I might change a couple things in the book itself, like, for example, I'm changing Alex(Ryder's younger brother) into a little girl who only speaks Spanish, and her name is Allie. Also, Ryders household life before Stella(Why his mom works so much, why his dad isn't in his life, etc) will be written in more detail than before. If I offended anyone in the original version of this story, I deeply apologize. Now, to those certain people that like the original story, I won't be taking it down, as it was and still is a big growing opportunity for my writing career as of now.
