The Girl in the Tank: Galactic Consortium, Season 1
Less than five months ago, lights appeared in the sky. Days later the ships started to arrive. They call themselves the Consortium. They are human, or at least Simian, descending from the same genetic line as humans. They terraformed this planet centuries ago, sent settlers a mere forty thousand years ago. Now they are back, ready to begin the exploration of this galaxy. For Cheyenne Walker, Chief Petty Officer aboard the Cambridge, a USS destroyer, the arrival of the Consortium is just one more obstacle to finishing her final tour of duty and getting home to her kids. The political upheaval forces the US into an uneasy alliance with the Consortium against China, and puts the Cambridge on the edge of a nuclear blast. Cheyenne wakes to find herself aboard the Corelean, a Consortium Medical Evacuation ship. Floating in a medi-tank, she wonders if they really can't repair the wreck of her body, whether these newcomers are friends or foes and most importantly, will she ever make it back to children?Complete
Ezra's First
Ezra thought his grades would get him posted to a place in the Navy that reflected his ability, something like First Fleet, the Raiding Nine, or even Home Guard. Humanity's enemy the Preshk where attacking more often and Ezra wanted to be contributing directly to the war effort. Instead he got put on a Scout ship with just one other soul and sent on a five month mission out into deep space. The mission quickly becomes more than the young commander could have ever expected and the fate of humanity lies in how fast he can return back to humanity. This short story is just over 18,000 words and contains sexual content between two men, so If that's not your cup of tea.. don't read :) This is my first attempt at something like this, so feedback is welcome, though be nice :)Complete

For Gabriel Holloway, a poor kid from the ghettoes of Freetown, Sierre Leone, not much has changed since the arrival of the Consortium. That is until a new protest movement sweeps the country. The Consortium could do so much more for the poor and oppressed, if their own corrupt leaders would only stand aside and let them. But they won't. So they must be pushed aside, at whatever cost. Jake, an American boy, continues his job delivering supplies for the Consortium in North Africa. But it's a region increasingly torn apart by civil unrest and revolution. The poor want more help from the consortium. Local warlords and corrupt politicians want to keep their power. Jake has never experienced anything like it, being in the middle of a huge social upheaval. He has no clue what is going to happen, but he knows where he belongs, in the middle of it all.Complete

He didn't plan any of the things that happen next. By the time Keltrix is faced with Murry's execution, he realizes he loves the strange little being more than his own life. Too bad it's too late. Maybe, just maybe, he can convince his family that love is beyond sex and space.Complete

An out-of-solar system colony project gone wrong meant Jessie English was stuck doing most of the work assigned to the deceased science crew. Sticking to his morals meant being left for dead by those in charge. By chance, he meets Luc, a member of the planet's sentient avian humanoid species. All Jessie wants to do now is live out the rest of his days with him, and hopefully get past the language barrier that prevents him from communicating the feelings of love he hopes are mutual. Unfortunately, sightings of a human and an alien together are more interesting to the colony's higher-ups than one would hope. *** Born the runt of his clutch, Luc had never held anyone so small, so soft... He was all Jessie had, so he would do everything to shield him from others of his kind, and by extension, protect the whole human race. -------- AVIAN has been COMPLETED on the writer's end (30 chapters + five bonus stories) and is on a bi-weekly upload schedule. Broken Boundaries
A while ago the question of what if an alien is so cute, a straight guy can't help but still fall in love depite the alien being male, came to me. And of course, the idea for a new story was born soon thereafter. This is the result, my latest novel set in the science fiction Aoyu Universe as of this writing, and the first (and at this time only) gay/bisexual romance themed story that I've written. --- During the Earth-Silth conflicts, two commanders of opposing warships played a game of chicken at one of the outer known solar systems, the result being a head-on collision and two ships fused together at the bows. After the cease fire agreement plans were made to salvage what they could from the ships and Alain from Earth was sent as part of a two man crew to recover components from the Earth vessel while a team from the Silth would handle theirs.
