Skarlet and Ferra/Torr have quite a bond from being homeless to now being weapons. Ferra/Torr were homeless during and invasion trying to survive like Skarlet did when she was an orphan until they were taken and turned into weapons. They have something in common in my opinion. Skarlet is done serving shao Kahn and want to live her own life. And I know d'vorah said she saw their corpse somewhere but I made this to where they really are living just trying to survive.
