Now he has a freaking angel for a best friend who also wants to kill his sisters, some creepy son of a gun has his brother and father, and he has to kill a doppelganger of his dead girlfriend. To top it off, Sam's back on demon blood. How is one simple minded human supposed to be expected to handle this all within one week?
