In a world where the legends still lived, the deities ruled the kingdoms of Earth. The land was peaceful and prosperous. Until the Uprising. The goddess of Discord banded an army against the gods and goddesses, and war broke out. It was a cold and bloody time, one where the blood that was shed ran in rivers greater than the Nile. The divine beings won, but at the cost of their children. It was decreed that from that day on, the offspring of the gods would be oblivious to their parentage until the time came for them to train to become the next generation of deities.
