Prince Roman lives in a world of dragons and witches, and where all people are accepted for what they are. Roman thinks this would be the case for the royal family, but Roman's father - the king - thinks it would be best for Roman to marry a Princess, even though Roman's been out to him for years now. Roman's handmaid - Logan - is telling Roman he might need to listen to his father, and Roman even thinks if he can't marry a Prince, he'll have to marry Logan. Eventually, the king runs out of princesses and needs to invite Princes to court his son. These Princes are Virgil and Dean. Virgil came with his handmaid - Patton - who develops an immeadiate crush on Logan. Dean came with his handmaid - Remy - who Roman can see has a crush on Dean, but his Prince never notices. Romam sets his eyes on Virgil, but unfortunately, so does Dean. Roman's twin brother - Remus, who is second to his brother in succession and in favoritism - takes Dean and Remy under his wing, and develops a plan that will satisfy them all, the murder of Prince Roman in the night.
