Auburn Lachlan was a normal 17 year old girl, except for one thing, she was a teller. A teller is someone who can see someones bad deeds and can see what Karma will punish them with. The way she sees these bad deeds and karma is simple, they appear like tattoos on the person and the karma appears like visions. Is it a curse? Or is it a blessing in disguise? No one knows about Auburn's little secret apart from her best friend and fellow teller Luna Blackson. One day at school, they both felt a presence that can't be described, a presence that made both of them uncomfortable. Without warning a storm appeared in the sky and a loud crack of thunder shook the ground and walls around them. That's when they both saw it, a tall person covered with bad deeds, but not a sign of karma anywhere. That's when it all became real, this was the person from the prophecy. They had to bring the person to karma so they could receive their punishment, but there was a small issue. Karma never told a soul where she lived, nor did she live in this world.
