Bill reterns to Gravity Falls (in his human form so nobody knows him) after three years to finially complete his original intent, now with a plan far better than before. He befriends older Dipper and Mabel and starts working at the Mystery Shack, but when his harmless plans go wrong, can he save Gravity Falls?

After a terrible car crash resulting in the death of their parents, 17 year olds Dipper and Mabel Pines are sent back to Gravity Falls to live with their Grunkles. Mabel now hates Dipper, and blames him for the crash, since they were only out getting him his anxiety medication. The Grunkles don't fully agree with Mabels logic, but are still distant with Dipper, for they think he's a freak because of his anxiety. And so in the one place he felt he could truly call home, Dipper was now alone and hated by the "family" that once loved him. One night, Dipper overhears the family talking about how useless he is and, doing the only thing he knows, he runs. Dipper and Mabel haven't been to gravity falls in 5 years. With Ford and Stan off on there adventures, there was no home for them there anymore. Nobody outside of the town heard a pep about weirdmageddon, or Bill. Now Ford and Stan have returned for the summer, and Mabel and Dipper get to go back too. Meanwhile, Bill has fallen on some bad luck. Time baby was not pleased when he returned. Bill's memories were erased and he was turned into a 18 year old human. Placed in gravity falls again, with only one thing. A note. "The mystery shack has answers." Now that Stan and Ford are running the mystery shack for the summer, Soos gets a summer off.
