Dragons Starting Book

First off I am working to become a wrighter and this will be my first book I am looking for some help on it, so your ideas will one day go into a published book.

First off the title
Dragons Returning
or
The Return of the Dragons

Basic summary so far
The book is about a girl named Arious and some of her friends. She learns there is a ancient Dragon Pharoah spirit that lives within her, named Regina.
She learns dragons do exist and they are not extinct. Arious also finds she has an ancient power deep within that Regina once held. (Thus power is a white fire/lightning thing so far still working on it, let me know some ideas
