The rewritten/new and improved version of 'Witch of the Wolf'.

I wanted freedom from the trapped life I lived in. For some reason, Mother kept holding me back with the excuse of my nonexistent Father, whom she never told me anything about whenver I asked. I wanted a life of my own, no longer stuck in that suffocating house and town. I was always told to be careful what I wished for.

Maybe I should have listened. I wished for freedom and adventure, but in return, I gained more than I can bargain.
