The Darkness of Beasts and Men
This is a short story about a young man and an incident he (somewhat) overcomes. This is a werewolf story, yes, but not a cliche-d one I hope, as it includes much more unhappiness and gore and such. There is no swearing, no nasty in-bed stuff, but there is gore. I mean, animal-mauling-blood-everywhere gore. Sorry, but in a werewolf reality, it would be rather dark and disturbing. If you do not like those things, please do not read for your own sake. Other than that, mild humor included. No idea if I'm going to write another story with the same sort of people or not, so I will get back to you later about that. Anyways, have fun and good luck. All characters' names and characteristics and fiction, I did not take them directly off somebody, so in cases of coincidence where you or someone you know looks like a character, my apologies, but I swear I didn't look up people and write their description. Simply put: two desperate homosexuals fall in love. Extended explanation: one day a tired, overworked, Flug makes a mistake in his lab that renders him unconscious for two weeks, during that time his boos Black hat starts to genuinely worry about his scientist. When Flug finally wakes up he notices that Black hat is starting to be nicer, and putting up with him a little more. The rest however you'll have to figure out on your own UvU In my opinion this is a rather cute story, but I wrote it so I might not be the best judge. You can see for yourself by reading the story though :] If any of you know my other account @inky_duvklings. Warming Your Heart
He smelled mildly of cinnamon. I don't know how, probably the hair gel, but it was pleasant. He fell asleep pretty much instantly, and I started to slowly stroke his hair. There was something peaceful about the way his chest went up and down with every soothing breath. He was so quiet. I moved my hand from his hair to cup his cheek. He had to ask if I hated him. I let go of his cheek and whispered, hoping that somehow he would hear. "How could I hate you when you're so affectionate?" Silence. Complete silence other then his sleeping breaths. I placed my hand over his that was resting on his thigh. I gently squeezed it and wondered if he would ever understand what I feel. And with that, I leaned my head onto his, and slept. - ***COMPLETE*** Started: August 27, 2020. First published: October 18, 2020. Finished: July 24, 2021. Last Published: November 22, 2021. Disclaimers I guess: - This is a bxb. Don't read if you don't like that. - There is no smut because I need to have some pride in my writing lol. This story consists of mostly fluff. "Oh," he said, as my back hit the wooden wall. Damn it, of course. With nowhere to go, his arms locked me in between him and the wall. He stared down at me as he said, "So you're trying to piss me off?" His lips were surprisingly close to mine. No guy would ever be this close to me in real life, let alone me being able to handle it; I would've been so timid and afraid. But this was the dream world. I could speak and be as brave as I wanted to. "Yeah, I am," I said. "What are you gonna do about it?" He paused as his eyes looked between the two of mine. Then, he smirked and swiftly closed the gap between our lips. ~~ In a small town in New York, Hazel is your average quiet type. In a school full of clichés, she falls perfectly under the category of "nerd" and has her own little nerdy group of people she loves to hang around. They respect the fact that she's non-verbal. The thing that plagued her, surprisingly, is not her inability and refusal to speak, but her ability to go through anybody and everybody's dreams. This is not something she can control, nor something that's necessarily dangerous. It just happens. One second she's in darkness, the next second she happens to be in someone's dream. But, when she stumbles into a dream of a guy she never knew existed in her grade of 500 students, albeit his popular status, both her worlds get flipped upside down.Complete
