After World War III, the surviving few founded small villages and established a tradition to help each other survive: every child would have to embark on a journey to a new village when they came of age. Few can survive the ordeal, but when one of the groups sent out struggles to get along on the simplest of things, will they be able to cooperate long enough to overcome the hardest challenge of their lives?
