Project N.E.O (On Hold)

This was an inspiration from an old thought i had about creating an undertale au. The story take place long befor frisk fell in the underground. In my au, this takes place in the underground, in the pov of a monster named Neo. Neo was said to be the strongest monster alive, and the only monster to successfully use Determination without dying. Neo is related to the 3 skeletons found in Undertale. This was only an idea so please dont lash out at me.

This is my first story and, thanks to a very good friend of mine, i was able to not be shy and write my mind. I do not own Undertale or any of its own characters, i just own mine. So to those who are reading this, thank you for your time. It means alot. All the art in this story is indeed mine unless i say otherwise, so please dont steal it.
