Every month, I interview someone from either my school or my programs to get an insight on how first-gen students can be successful in Post-Secondary education and beyond that. For my fourth and final interview, I decided to interview my long-time friend from my school, Cristian Jauregui. This was one of the interviews that I was looking forward for the most because I've known Cristian since I was like 5 years old, and I just wanted to hear more about his hopes and dreams for his bright future. Cristian is a senior at my school (Aspire Lionel Wilson College Preparatory Academy) who is very outgoing in and out of the classroom. From taking college classes at his local CC to teaching middle schoolers how to play the guitar, Cristian is a well-rounded student who dreams of going into the medical field. I can't wait to see him go off to college where he'll then start to accomplish all of his life goals.
