A Witches Heart

A witch is assumed to be heartless. The love that humans hold can never be obtained by a witch, it may be there just lost under all the darkness. Lost under everything that must be sacrificed to be on top, to survive, to not die. But what happens when a witch has enough heart to love the outsiders? To have a child with a mortal, the assumed enemy.
What happens to that child? Would they have a heart?
