A 15 year old boy named Aeren recently moved into a new neighborhood. He doesn't know anybody, and doesn't know about the current clash between each side of the neighborhood. Coincidentally moving into the house that was the half way point of the street houses, Aeren is being forced to join a side to prove which is better.
Instead, a disease suddenly spreads through the city people, and the teams start working together. Who turns out to be the real threat and enemy? Which side will he choose, or will he ever GET to choose?

Based off of the short story I wrote called Bloody Sympathy. Holds similarities but a lot of it is changed or made more subtle since that was old writing and I find the intense sudden angst very cringe worthy but people wanted a full story and I like the original path the story was taking so i'm trying it out. Taekwoon lost his Mother at 15. His Father became distant and he took to school. He put all of his pain into studying and getting the grades he knew his Mother would have wanted him to have. Fighting his way to the top of the class Taekwoon graduated High School with a full paid scholarship to multiple universities. Taekwoon knew he wanted to be a doctor and saves lives. The issue was, he was terrified of needles. What is to come when he is the only one who can save a woman's life but has to face his fear to do so?Concluida

Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. That plot twist second that completely takes you by surprise. The one just before the storm hits and everything goes to hell. Yes? Because you see, that moment happens to be my whole damn life. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. I was given the chance to live but it turns out I woke up as the villainess in an otome game my friend used to be obsessed with - Kingdom of freaking Hearts (I added the freaking in there for effect, it's just Kingdom of Hearts) Where, for the record, the villainess only has two possible endings 1) execution and 2) getting exiled. So Fate was like, "Don't worry, I'll save you. Here's a chance to live" and then was like "psyche, screw you. You're still going to die but I'll let you suffer a little first." So now, if only to annoy Fate by proving it wrong, I am determined to survive. I can and I will if I play by these simple rules: 1) Befriend Heroin 2) Avoid Aryn Edwards at All Costs as well as other capture targets And 3) Be the top student at the academy and become an invaluable asset to my Kingdom so I become indispensable, thus unkillable. I'm determined, stubborn, persistent and I will live passed 16. Fate made a big mistake setting me up to die. Since it threw this plot twist at me, I figure I'll return the favor. I'll be the biggest plot twist Fate never saw coming...

"I walk down the school hallway, "don't make eye contact" I keep repeating in my head. The sweet smell of cologne and perfume fills the halls. I keep walking trying not to get noticed. New town. New identity. Same crazy. I love it!!! (insert enthusiastic voice ) (cough, cough) Not!! I hate it. I hate having to to hide who I am. But to protect the civilians and my new home from being destroyed like my last ones, I have obey the leader's rule. No matter if I do disapprove. But all of that changes when I meet, more like bump into someone who's special. ... DOOR OPENS. "Naomi Satchel!" my mother yells as she comes blaring through the doors. "Yes?" I say as I still lie under the covers. My mother pulls my cover from my body and tosses it on the floor. I quickly sit up in my bed and glare at her. "Get your ass up now you have half an hour left before your first-period starts and you better not be late," she demands. "Mom, this isn't my school. This isn't my home. I don't want to go." I whine and beg my mother at the same time to let me stay home. What was I thinking? My mom has an image to uphold being this perfect mother who loves and cares about her little baby girl. We both know the truth. Until a few years ago, I never even knew she existed. She and my father both agreed to send me here because they couldn't stand the fact that I fell in love with a black boy. Although neither of them would ever admit, that's the only reason why I know of her. I don't want to attend a school where I'm going to have to forsake who I truly am just to fit into their liking. Every three years a group of two-hundred teens get sent to Earth. After spending two years on Earth, you can choose to go back onto the Ark or to stay on Earth. Most don't survive the first week. They get to either join a Clan, create a new Clan or go solo. If your name is called out, you have to go down. You have no choice. Almost everyone joins a Clan or makes a new Clan. Nobody goes solo, unless you absolutely have to. Or if no Clan accepts you. Every animal on Earth wants to kill humans, they have all mutated after the Nuclear War, all the ones that survived, and are out for human flesh and blood. Bastien Water's name gets called out during the Choosing and he has to try to survive on Earth. While his family grieves thinking that Bastien won't survive but he's out to prove them wrong. Bastien meets new people, makes some friends and make some enemies. Bastien has to face many challenges to survive on Earth. Will he be able to do it?
