People assume we would all unite when zombies take over right? Wrong. After many are bitten or slaughtered, groups are divided. The most known across the once U.S. is the Loyals. A group of strong 5 teenage boys who have decided on their attempt to save the earth. Another group known as the Rebels attempts to stop them. But how can 5 submissive girls stop these stubborn men? When a risky plan is brought into the mix, love and hate stir up in the atmosphere. Will the guys plan work, and why do the girls want to stop them? Or will the plan fail, and the girls kill them all? Read to find out!!!

If you can't, put an end to your soon to be painful and horrible turn/death. These beings as I announced only a moment ago, look exactly like a human, two way to tell if they are one or not, their attitude and their eyes. They don't have emotions, only hunger and let me tell you, they will go out of their way to eat you, they will speak but it will sound different... Deformed almost. The eyes are usually the first to become infected, they become slightly red at first, as time progresses so does the intensity of the color red in the eye. The color in their eyes they once possessed, will seem dull, it will seem as if they are unfocused or unfamiliar with their surroundings. That is all I can tell you for the moment Lexi, but know their are people waiting for your arrival, and we are waiting for you to end this suffering race." But, being forced to, teachers put together groups of 6, 1 teacher, with a group of kids, and taking 3 JK/SK students with them, from the elementary side of one of the 3 schools that occupy the large vast of land. When Alex is placed in her group, she knew it was going to be hell. But she doesn't let that overrule her. She knows she must do everything in her will to keep the little ones alive. When the moment finally comes, teachers and students all split, leaving the schools a ghost town, and everyone for themselves or the dead. But will their chance increase? Or will their survival be a waste? Who will live? And who will die? Was it all just a waste of time?Complete

And on top of that, she had the zeds to deal with. Ghastly creatures that used to be human, carrying a virus that's spread through a constant hunger for flesh from the host, spreading through bites and scratches. It didn't exactly make it easy to prevent getting infected. Things could have been worse, though, Megan thought. She could've been left all alone to ponder over her thoughts and fear over the future. It'll only be within the time spent with the new group will she find out that everything's not as happy and welcoming as it had seemed. These people had a few secrets of their own, including the real reason they took Megan in.
