Crossing the Line || A Paige Bueckers Romance

12 parts Complete Mature

In the heart of Crestwood College (near UConn), Ella's world is turned upside down when her D1 basketball-playing girlfriend breaks up with her on her birthday. Seeking solace at a local bar, she encounters Paige, a mysterious figure who unexpectedly becomes a source of comfort on that tumultuous night. At a women's basketball game the next evening, Ella realizes Paige is none other than Paige Bueckers, the captivating captain of the team, who coincidentally plays for Ella's ex-girlfriend's rival team. Ella and Paige strike up a plan to make her ex jealous, a fake relationship. Yet, amidst the charade, genuine emotions begin to surface, complicating their dynamic and blurring the lines between pretend and reality. Ella and Paige tiptoe around the unspoken tension that simmers between them because they can't be more than friends, right?
