Todos, muy en el fondo, tenemos esa luz que se enciende cuando vemos nuestras peliculas favoritas, que en su color tintineante nos hace preguntarnos: ¿Y si hubiera sido verdad? ¿Y si paso en realidad, fuera de las camaras, en algun lugar lejos de los ojos de director y los nuestros?
Estas son algunas de las historias que nos han atrapado y pocos teniamos idea de si fue real en alguna epoca de nuestras vidas.

People went crazy buying another house, a boat, a Hummer (at 10 miles to the gallon). I distinctly remember two couples, in their late 30s, who were shopping together in Toys R Us. They had a video camera and were discussing the "rules" to this shopping trip. The rules were they had to look into the camera and say what they were buying, for who and why. And the carts had to be overflowing with toys. It was as if they had dreamed their entire lives of doing a "who cares how much it costs" shopping spree at Toys R Us for their children. Just recklessly spending on a bunch of STUFF. That was 2007. And then came 2008. But, more disturbing to me, was the impact it had on families. I think moms and dads lost themselves in providing stuff for their kids and not giving their kids time. And I saw the kids suffer because of it. So, I did a little research and a lot of observing and I wrote a mostly fictional story about an upper-middle class family in the OC. It explores (it simple terms) what was going on in the economy and what teenagers really want from their parents...Complete

With the new technology, many had decided to move on, using e-mails and social media to express what they feel. Having a note in a home compound might be exciting for anyone but not Addison Lore. She felt hopeless, maybe sad. It was confusing but there were a lot of negative emotions. She found a bouquet of black roses. Black Roses, they seem to call to her. There was a note attached to it. She read it aloud. 'Dear (Y/N), I'm sorry I didn't meet you last night. I had actually fallen.... Yesterday was very tiring. Please (Y/N), I don't want to fight anymore. Without you by my side it would be like a clown missing his balloons. I am outside.... The letter made her feel as if her heart was doing backflips. She could feel herself laughing.
