After Jaune's transcripts were revealed everybody but Velvet and Ozpin turned on him and either abused him or just completely abandoned him. After two months of this torture he had enough and left Beacon. A month later, he's sitting in some cave in the Forever Fall Forest, getting drunk, waiting for a Grimm to come and kill him.

He is surprised when there is a flash of and he is suddenly somewhere else and a apparent "God" is there to offer him a new life. Now, Jaune will go from the weak Knight that he once was.

Now he's in a galaxy far, far away. Close to the beginning of it's Clone Wars, he will make friends and destroy his enemies. But that pegs the question.

A/N: Now, I have given this much thought and I have read many Jaune fics, harem mostly and they weren't exactly original, as they forgo his canon personality and just give him powers from another franchise instead of making him increase his own skill. Jaune Arc was never the strongest, but he had the will and determination to pursue his goal no matter what he faced. Though that all changed when after saving the bully who made his life miserable, he decided to reveal that Jaune faked his way into beacon and soon he lost everything. His friends abandoned him, his family disowned him, and everybody tried their best to turn his life into a living hell. He was soon left beaten and broken in the middle of a forest in mistral to be killed by the grimm, but that never happened. A mysterious person happened to stumble upon him and saw the potential that he carried and thus changed Jaune's destiny, for the better or for the worst. Jaune's transcripts are revealed early after Cardin hears him tell Pyrrha about them, with this Jaune decides to distance himself from his team so they don't get ridiculed. This however leaves him alone with only verbal support by his team and friends, and he is forced to live outside the dorms for a bit. For a few months Jaune makes himself a home in the Forest of Beacon and due to some political nonsense he has to send his weapon back home, he has to use spare weapons from the armory at the school and learn how to use them. In no time he gets better and through training he catches up to his friends, but thats not all fate has in store for him as he would become more than just a man, he would become the 'Dark Knight' of Remnant.
