Yes, you read that right. Monsoons are here, well, are they here really? With the climate playing hide and seek with us these days, even a quick shower of rains fells like a blessing. The ball seems to be constantly in the court of Mr. Sun. Well, we can't do anything about that, all we can do is find ways to keep calm and cool away. When the heat waves take it on them to take you on the ride, learn to surf over them, especially when working out. Don't let the heat spoil your exercise regime. Just how staying hydrated plays a role in your summer workouts, so does the clothing. Here's how you can inhale comfort and exhale heat in these times.

Break up with your winter wear

That's right. It is time to break up with your winter wear. There is already enough heat around. You don't want your clothes to join the heat party too. Do you? Winter clothes like we know, are designed to keep you warm, they make exercising a nightmare for you. They are usually heavy, imagine how much heavier will they get after soaking all the swear. Plus, your exercise wear must be a quick dry, and these fellows don't ace at it. Pick open clothing like tank tops for men, running shorts, comfortable t-shirts, muscle vests and track pants from Jockey at a pocket-friendly price with good quality fabrics, to be your workout partner.

Lightweight and breathable - Is what you want to be looking for.

Your workout clothes do more than just making you look good, wearing the right material increases efficiency and makes movement comfortable. The fabric must be lightweight and breathable. Heavy and suffocating fabrics make workout not just difficult, but impossible like discussed earlier. A lightweight fabric will help to reduce the sweat, soaking all the moisture away.
